Summary: I love staying at this property. It is a “home” rather than a commercial rental. As the mom - planning and packing, i dont have to worry about the details because everything is there. In addition - its a really fun house for both grown ups and kids alike. I feel like im borrowing the house from a friend :)

Summary: A good place for a sunny spring getaway. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and especially the pool table! This is a great place for family fun. The kitchen was well stocked with great options for preparing meals.

Summary: This house was wonderful to stay at, and Mary was the best host! The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Our first day, there was a small issue with the bathroom. I texted Mary to let her know and she had someone over that day to fix it. She is very responsive to any text or question you have. The pool and hot tub were very clean, plenty of pool towels and we had a very relaxing week at her home. The only negative for me was the bed was kind of soft but that’s a personal preference as I like a firmer mattress, there was nothing wrong with the bed. It was a great stay with lots of memories and a very attentive host. You won’t be disappointed if you book at this location.

Summary: this was our first time in Lake Havasu and this house was perfect for our family. In a great location and was easy to get around. The house was perfect to come back to after a day of checking out the area. We enjoyed the hot tub quite a bit. The owner was super nice and easy to work with. would stay here again.
